My New Show Is Here: Evolve Now Begins with Gratitude
I’m so excited to share something new with you.
My new YouTube show, Evolve Now, is officially here.
This show came from my desire to bring meaningful ideas into conversation. You know those moments when you read a book, hear a thought, or experience something that stirs something deep inside you?
The kind of moment where you want to turn to someone and say, “Please look at this with me. Do you feel what I feel?”
That is the heart of Evolve Now.
It is a space for conversations about the books, ideas, practices, and perspectives that help us see differently, live more intentionally, and become more fully who we came here to be.
For the first episode, I had the joy of speaking with Dr. Peggy DeLong.
Dr. Peggy, known as The Gratitude Psychologist, is an international speaker, 3x author, and Midlife Awakening Coach™ with 30 years of experience helping individuals and organizations cultivate joy, connection, and purpose through gratitude, positive psychology, and mental health expertise.
Our conversation moved through gratitude, grief, emotional healing, imagination, The Four Agreements, and the ripple effect that happens when we allow our growth to be witnessed.
One of the things Dr. Peggy shared that has stayed with me is how gratitude can begin in the smallest, most ordinary moment.
For her, it was a cup of hazelnut coffee during one of the most tender seasons of her life.
There was something about the warmth, the aroma, and the predictability of that one cup that brought comfort in the middle of the unknown.
That story reminded me how often grace arrives in simple forms.
A cup of coffee.
A warm shower.
A breath.
A kind word.
A familiar sound.
A quiet moment before the day begins.
Gratitude gives our attention somewhere healing to land.
It allows us to be honest about what hurts while also noticing what is still supporting us. Sometimes that one small shift opens the door to a different experience.
Dr. Peggy explained that when we begin looking for what we appreciate, our brains start helping us find more of it. Our perspective shifts. Our mood shifts. The way we move through the world begins to shift.
And when we see differently, we respond differently.
We also talked about The Four Agreements and how powerful it can be to stop taking everything personally, stop making assumptions, and begin asking, “Is this actually true?”
Whew.
That one will humble a girl real fast.
So much of our suffering can come from the meaning we attach to what happened.
The unanswered text.
The tone in someone’s voice.
The plan that unfolded differently than expected.
The support we hoped for that did not come in the way we imagined.
Our feelings are real, and they deserve compassion. Still, there may be another way to see the story we are living inside.
Another meaning.
Another possibility.
Another door.
That is where imagination becomes sacred.
In the episode, we talked about how imagination can either reinforce old agreements or help dissolve them. We can keep rehearsing the same familiar story, or we can gather with someone who lovingly holds a new possibility with us.
We can begin asking different questions.
“Why was it so easy for this to unfold?”
“What if I am more supported than I realize?”
“What if this desire is part of my becoming?”
This is why I believe so deeply in conscious conversation.
When we speak our gratitude, vision, healing, and hopes out loud with another person, something expands. We are no longer carrying the dream in isolation. It becomes witnessed. It becomes amplified. It becomes possible in a new way.
That is the kind of energy I hope Evolve Now brings into your life.
A conversation to be with.
A reflection to sit inside.
A spark that helps you notice what your own soul already knows.

Before you go, I’ll leave you with this question:
What is one small, ordinary thing in your life that may be holding more grace than you have noticed?
Start there.
Let it be enough for today.
And if your heart is craving a deeper space to practice intentional gratitude, imagination, joy, and aligned becoming in community, I would love to invite you to explore the Quantum Collective Joy Lab.
It is a space for remembering that joy is something we practice, amplify, and create together.
